I know you have shown me this producer (After Skool) before. Found this particular one though as I explored the first few chapters of the Psychedelic Explorer’s Guide.

Yes… what he is describing are the different conceptions of the self as outlined in Hindu thought. And this has been much on my mind lately. Do you remember me speaking to you about how the feeling of being a self must be common to all conscious things? And also how one of the things to come from what little meditation I have done is that there is an observer that site behind thought. Most of the time that observer is self-identified with the thinking, but not always. That observer is the self. It is a “chunk” of the universal self conditioned by isolation within the limited perspective of a biological entity.
Anyway, the concept of the self as outlined in the Upanishads is relevant and its where I’m going with my thing. It is a self, and it is literally thinking, learning, and human beings are embedded in that spectrum of self/being and part of our function is to build the technological structures that will initiate an even higher level of consciousness than we occupy now.
Anyway…. yes, more of that. 🙂
